Our in-house mixologist works closely with the chefs to curate a fun drinking experience that complements the seafood-based menu.A glance at the bar menu unveils about 20 unique house cocktails, including the Pelican - a delicious potion of Ketel One Vodka, Grand Marnier, sparkling Chandon wine, Giffard Apricot, fresh pink grapefruit and raspberry to keep one in high spirits.

With its history rooted in maritime lore, the Mojito is naturally a key feature. The Pelican bar takes pride in serving a variety of 10 Mojitos - perhaps the largest in Sigapore. As a fitting tribute, the bar offers the original Draque Mojito, that is based on the drink EI Draque in 16th Century Carribean in honour of the privateer Richard Drake.

Created for sharing are the Pelican Punches, which are served in huge crystal bowls with hand-cut ice blocks and plenty of poke. One can look forward to the classic Fish House Punch - a vintage recipe with Cognac, Venezuelan rum, apricot liqueur, lemon and selected teas, or for a more contemporary imbiber, the Marvellous Punch will ensure a splendid evening with a wicked mix of gin, liqueurs, raspberry jam, mint, citrus, Moroccan & lavender tea finished with sparkling wine.

The bar also has a great wine and beer list which is perfectly suited for the seafood pickings.
